Booking Info

Step 1

To make a booking first check the availability of the apartment, either directly with us (or our agents) by telephone or email. You will be sent a booking form, and your chosen accommodation will be held for a period of 5 days while you complete and return the form by post. Either send a cheque for a 30% deposit (or the full amount of the rental if the booking is made 9 weeks ahead or less), or make your payment by internet transfer using the details on your booking form. We will then send an acknowledgement and a receipt

Step 2

When we have received the full payment we will send you a house guide and an information pack. This provides the address of the property, directions for finding your way from the nearest airports, and a local contact and telephone number in case of delayed arrival. The guide also includes information on local facilities and services.

Step 3

Please read the booking conditions carefully. Once completed and accepted, the booking form is a legally binding contract between you and us. It is particularly important to keep the numbers in the party as originally agreed, and to observe the times of arrival and departure.

Step 4

We do not arrange flights, car hire or travel insurance, which are entirely your responsibility. It is prudent to take out insurance against cancellation of your holiday for unseen events.

Step 5

We require a £150.00 security deposit with your final payment. Unless the deposit is needed to pay for damage or breakages, or an unusual amount of cleaning, this will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure from Casa Tranquilla. We do ask you to leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible on your departure - as close as possible to how you found it.
